Payment Terms:
Invoice will be sent out on last day of service. (Saturdays for recurring clients) Full amount must be paid within 15 days of receiving invoice. Payment is accepted through cash, check, venmo, or zelle. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Overdue payment is subject to a 5% monthly interest fee. Any disputes must be submitted via text or email within 7 days of invoice date.

100% Fee for cancellation with less than 24 Hour notice

I love working with your pups and when you schedule that time is getting taken from another client who may need it. Please be considerate of my time as I am with yours :)

Services
Client and Sitter will discuss care options for animal(s) and decide on best service for animal(s) needs. Services are marked clearly in service section.
House sitting and drop-in visits will be provided in clients home. Walks and adventure walks will be specified where they are going before service is provided.
Client will provide animal(s) behaviors, daily routines, house needs and expectations, emergency contacts and vet information

Liability Clauses
If there is damage to home by animal, the client will be held liable for damages
If the animal injures another person or pet, the client is held liable for proceeding medical bills
If animal is clearly not being taken care of by owners, or is in an unsafe environment, Mountain Mutts of La Plata does have the right to call animal control
Mountain Mutts of La Plata is not held liable for animal injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during service except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct
During Service Fees
If animal is urinating/defecating inside house excessively, you will receive a charge of $5/Cleaned up accident. Excessive qualifies as >1 for hour or less services, and >2 per days/overnight services.
Extended Duration of Overnight care or Extended Day time care (discussed after care has begun) will be service fee + 15%
Emergency Procedures
If animal(s) are in need of veterinary care, the sitter will text and call client.
If client is not available, sitter will call emergency contact to make animal decisions.
If no response from client and emergency contact, Mountain Mutts of La Plata has the right to make veterinary decisions to best judgment.
Additional terms
Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines
Cats must be up to date on FVRCP and rabies vaccines
This agreement can be terminated with cancellation of services
