My Name is Cassie, I'm 21 years old and have lived in Durango, CO since April, 2024. 

I'm originally from Omaha, Nebraska where I grew up with Samoyeds and Huskies. My Husky, Crystal was just a couple years younger than me and entered our life at 6 years old. I had never trained a dog before but taught her an entire trick routine within a few months of knowing her. I would ask to pet every dog I would see on walks and got dubbed the neighborhoods "Animal Whisperer." :)

Before leaving Nebraska I worked as a dog washer for Paradise Pet Suites, LLC. I had a lot of fun working with dogs every day and I know I was a place of comfort in an uncomfortable situation for the pups. 

When I moved out to Durango, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and decided to put up a profile on Rover to work with pups still. In the meantime I found work through gardening and housekeeping. And since 2025 has started, my dog business has blown up! I now work as a dog sitter full time and here I am creating my own business! I am so grateful to all of my clients and can't wait to meet many more animals along the way!
